Permanent	A formal employee of an organisation (has an employment contract).
Contract / Temporary	An individual with a temporary contract for work in a team.
Project	A temporary assignment of a person to a project or programme role.
Secondment	An individual that is on temporary loan to another team.
Student	An individual that is gaining on the job experience.
